We aim to ensure customer satisfaction with every order.
Returns Eligibility
You may request a return or replacement if:
- The product is damaged on arrival
- You received the wrong item
- The product has a manufacturing defect
Requests must be made within 48–72 hours of delivery with photos as proof.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns are not accepted for:
- Used products
- Items damaged after delivery
- Clearance or final sale items
Refund Process
Once the returned item is verified, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method or store credit.
